The Galeries Saint-Lambert Shopping Centre has some 40.000 m² and counts 44 commercial units. The shopping mall, that is extremely well situated in the city centre of Liège, exists since 2004 and offers with its 44 stores a good mix of midscale and traditional tenants such as Esprit, River Woods, INNO Gallery, The Sting, Media Markt, Champion, Pearle, Venizi, Ulla Popken, etc.
Together with SCMS, Jones Lang LaSalle has received a sole instruction from CBRE Global Investors for the negotiation of more than 17 lease renewals of important tenants within the mall.

Jones Lang LaSalle has advised the landlord with the prime rent setting and with the selection of the right tenants for the mall. The objective was to ensure a good tenant mix and to increase the image and the visibility of the shopping centre.
Jones Lang LaSalle has created added value for the Landlord by increasing overall rents for the several lease renewals by more than 15% on average.
Jones Lang LaSalle is improving the shopping center’s image and visibility on the market by advising the landlord on a good tenant mix and by increasing the prime rent level for this mall.
