The site is ideally situated in Willebroek, in the new Industrial Development “De Hulst” of MG Real Estate. It is located on the axis Antwerp – Brussels, and benefits from direct access to the A 12 Motorway, with excellent connections to the Antwerp Harbour and Brussels Airport. Willebroek is an ideal location for national and international distribution activities.

CMI was looking for a new site to replace their existing site in Willebroek.
The site needed to be located close to Willebroek, with enough outside storage and with a waterway connection for large shipments.

First of all Jones Lang LaSalle analyzed the exact needs of CMI and identified a list of possible locations in and around Willebroek.
After several site visits in and around Willebroek, it was MG REAL ESTATE that could eventually satisfy CMI by providing a turnkey solution on their brand new development “De Hulst”. The waterway connection was ensured through the neighbor G&G.
