JLL was co-exclusively instructed by AEW Europe to sell Chien Vert, Avenue de Tervueren 300 in Brussels

The building comprises 4.380 m² offices, 140 m² retail, 299 m² archives  and 74 parking units. 

The Tervueren 300 property is an office building on one of the most prestigious avenues in Brussels. Communications are excellent due to the direct access to the Brussels ring road and the main Belgian highways. 

It is 80% multi-let at a passing rent per annum of €  722.508. The largest  and main occupiers are UBS and MCI.

After conduction a thorough marketing process, 100% of the shares of Euroffice leashold 461 sprl, holding as main asset a 94-year leasehold of the Tervuren 300 property, as well as the freehold were sold to the Belgian developer Immobel at a price of ± € 8,2 million.
