GLS chooses rue du Buisson-aux-Loups in Nivelles thanks to JLL Industrial

This zoning of Nivelles is located at ± 25 km south of Brussels and is easily accessible via the motorway E19 (Brussels - Paris). 

The landlord, WDP, owned a land of 35,000 m².
GLS Distribution Belgium had 2 different needs. The premises had to be located in Nivelles, to replace both hubs of Brussels and 

One cross-dock warehouse (for rent)
One other specific warehouse for parcels that would be equipped with a unique process. Therefore, the second building would not be polyvalent, and it would be difficult to find an investor who would like to rent the specific building at normal conditions. So they bought a land of 22.000 m² and built themselves according to their needs. 

The first site is the sale of 22.000 m² land fora building project of 4.000 m of warehouses and 400 m² offices.
The second site is the letting of a warehouse of 13.000 m² and 400 m² offices on a land of 13.000 m².
