Besix maintains its headquarters in the Brussels Capital Region until end 2025

​In their will to adapt their work environment to the New Way Of Working, Besix has been analyzing interregional availabilities. The mobility study has finally led them to maintain their headquarters at Communautés 100 ,  in  Woluwé-Saint-Lambert/Sint-Lambrechts-Woluwe.

Besix has been occupying the building since its construction in 1999 by the immobilière de la Société  Belge des Bétons, former development firm of the Besix Group.

JLL has been appointed to accompany them in the renegotiation of their lease agreements for buildings located Avenue des Communautés 100, rue de Bretagne 24 and rue de Bretagne 26, for a total surface area of nearly 10,314 sqm.

The management of some technical modernization works by the lessor as well as an adjustment of the rent to the market conditions were on the agenda of the renegotiation.
