Docks Bruxsel: almost 100% of the shopping center already let

Docks Bruxsel is a unique retail project with innovative architecture developing some 42.000 m² of retail space, located in the north of Brussels alongside the Canal of Brussels-Charleroi. It is bounded by the Royal Palace, the channel and the Boulevard Lambermont. 

Docks Bruxsel offers an unique experience: a place for shopping,
recreation, meeting friends and comfort! The focus will be on the shops but also on cultural and leisure activities. The shopping center will also host some 6.000 m² of innovative office space and a new event complex with a space that can accommodate up to 1.500 people and a new cinema complex with seven movie theaters. The opening is expected in October 2016. JLL has been advising on the concept and the tenant mix of this future shopping center and is the co-exclusive letting agent. JLL is appointed as the Shopping Center Manager responsible for all management and marketing services.

Per Q1 2016, more than 60 leases were already signed up, including Avance, Base, Belgacom, Capoue, Di, Flying Tiger, Formen, G-Star, Geox, H&M, Histoire d’Or, Hunkemöller, IKKS Women & Men, IKKS Junior, Il Gelato, iU, JBC, Jogging Plus, Koezio, Les Bourgeoises, Leonidas, Les Secrets du Chef, Liu Jo, Mango, Mano, Match, Mc Donalds, Mc Lafferty, Media Markt, Mer du Nord, Michael Kors, Mobistar, Muller, Olivier Dachkin, Pandora, Boulangerie Paul, Pearle, Pharmacie Servais, Springfield, One Step, Planet Parfum, Planet Yoghurt, River Woods, Sergent Major, Superdry, Twice as Nice, Take Off, Terre Bleue, The Kase, ‘T Groen, Tims, Veritas, Yves Rocher, 5 à Sec, 7 for All Mankind, different brands of the Inditex Group including Zara and Massimo Dutti.​
