Pulse Logistics Summer 2016 - Solid take-up volume at the beginning of 2016


  • Logistics take-up in Q1 was 215,500 sq.m., almost triple the volume registered in Q1 2015 and the highest quarterly volume since end 2013. 
  • Rents for prime logistics properties remained flat at € 55/m² p.a. Rents of turnkey projects with long-term leases compete with rents of existing logistics space.
  • €10.1 million was invested in logistics properties in Q1 2016, which reflects the lack of product. The appetite from both local and international investors for the asset class remains high.
  • The prime yield stood at 6.5% as at end Q1, and trends downward
