What this job involves
As an experienced Project Manager, you’ll follow up office fit-out and refurbishment projects from A to Z.
Your role will include looking for client and project opportunities, preparing and negotiating offers to existing and new client
Once the contract secured, you’ll be the one who designs the office fit-out project with layouts, elevations, 3D views, furniture and light selection. You’ll then coordinate the production of execution and detailed architectural and technical drawings; calculate bills of quantities, collect offers from contractors and issue purchase order
Last but not least, you’ll lead & supervise the works and manage the delivery to the client
Sound like you? To apply you need to be:
A degree as construction site engineer, engineer, architect or interior architect will be requested, and you’ll need at least ten years experience in a similar role and environment.
You’ll have fluent knowledge Dutch, French and English, both written and spoken.
Autocad holds no secrets for you. You’ll also be used to working with MS Office including Excel and MS Project. If you can use a 3D-software, it will be a real plus.
As a good Project Manager, you’ll be a well-organised and structured person.
