JLL assists MG Real Estate with letting to JM Bruneau.
After the success of the first phase, the second phase of the MG Business Center in Ghent, covering a further 5.000 m², is also attracting new users. In addition to the existing tenants who opted for an expansion on the site, MG welcomes a new user, JM Bruneau, thanks to the intervention of JLL.

In 2017, MG developed the first phase of the MG Business Center in Ghent, also 5.000 m² of offices, located near the Ghent Sint-Pieters station.
