Between 2016 and 2020 JLL advised for more than 30.000m² office space at the new office project of IRET: Post X. With more than 8 transactions, JLL was the most active agent.

IRET is responsible for the redevelopment of the former Post sorting center right next to the Antwerp Berchem station. The redevelopment consists in total of 130.000m² with the new local Police center as the biggest occupier with more than 50.000m² above ground. The site has become a professional environment with 65.000m² of office space, a hotel, school, fitness, shop and restaurant, which makes it an ideal location for a lot of corporates. The combination of the facilities on site, the location, right next to the Ring road and train station, in combination with the sustainability of the project makes it unique. The biggest tenants of the site are KPMG, Crelan, Arcadis, GSJ Law, AMS sensors, CM all advised by JLL and the last transaction which will lead to 100% occupation is underway, also by JLL!
