JLL BeLux expands its Retail Team with 2 retail industry experts, enhancing value proposition

Brussels – 19 September 2024 - JLL BeLux is pleased to announce the strategic expansion of its Retail Belux team with the addition of two retail industry experts: Raja and Yasmina Lachhab. This duo brings a powerful combination of experience, expertise, creativity, and passion for retail, significantly enhancing JLL's value proposition in the Belux market.

Raja Lachhab will take on the role of "Head of Leasing Retail Agency" for Belgian and Luxembourg retail operations. With her background as an Asset Manager at CBRE Investment Management, Raja brings robust market expertise, technical knowledge, and a deep understanding of client needs in a challenging retail landscape. Her negotiation skills and client-centric approach will be instrumental in delivering superior value to JLL's clients.

Yasmina Lachhab joins the Belgian team, as Director, to strengthen day-to-day operational management. Her on the ground knowledge, gained partly during her time at Ceusters, complements the existing expertise of Noe Scheirs and Raja, further enhancing the team's operational efficiency.

Together, Raja and Yasmina contribute over 16 years of retail sector experience, significantly boosting JLL's capability to deliver exceptional results for clients. Their appointments are effective from October 7, 2024.

Raja Lachhab, new Head of Retail Leasing BeLux, states: "I’m excited to join the JLL team. In Luxembourg, Dimitri Collignon, Head of Retail Luxembourg, will continue to leverage his expertise for clients. He adds: "After three exciting years in Belgium, I'm now focused on re-establishing JLL's Retail team as a market leader in Luxembourg, further strengthening our value proposition in the region."
