Tétris Design & Build Belgium strengthens its team even further

Tétris Design & Build Belgium announces the arrival of a new recruit responsible for their "Furniture Solutions" department and is delighted to welcome back Naznin Ladha as Head of Business Development & Operations for Tétris Belgium.

In line with its previously announced ambitions, Amandine Chizelle, Managing Director BELUX of Tétris Design & Build, is expanding her Belgian team and successfully convinced Naznin Ladha to rejoin the company.

Naznin Ladha, an architect, worked for Archi 2000 for 10 years before joining the Tétris team in 2010 as a Designer and Project Manager. For over 10 years, Naznin has played a major role in the growth of Tétris's business and brand in Belgium.

Naznin will focus on developing an offer that meets the strategies and expectations of our clients, as well as addressing the current workspace challenges. Indeed, the experts at Tétris Design & Build aim to create inspiring, functional, aesthetic, and sustainable workspaces that reflect their occupants, while also considering ESG challenges. The working experience has never been more important in establishing a brand and attracting and retaining talent.

Furthermore, Tétris Design & Build continues to expand its "Furniture Solutions" activity in both Belgium and Luxembourg. Since 2017, Tétris D&B has been supporting clients in finding the most suitable furniture solutions for their needs. With the combined skills of dedicated and qualified teams of interior architects, graphic designers, project managers, and logisticians, Tétris D&B offers a comprehensive service, including needs assessment and analysis, furniture solution proposals, layout creation, installation, and furniture management. With an extensive network of EMEA and local partners, they can provide everything their clients require for furnishing their workspaces or commercial premises.

In Belgium, this activity is led by Nathalie Dhanis who has over 28 years of experience at Knoll, where she served as the Managing Director for the Benelux subsidiary and became the main point of contact for Knoll Inc.'s corporate clients for their projects in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. She has been leader in around fifteen projects for Microsoft in eleven different countries, offices and call centers for the Expedia-HomeAway group across ten countries, and several new sites for Deloitte, Capital Group, and Guidewire.

Currently, the Belgian team consists of around fifteen employees, including architects, project managers, designers, and engineers. All of these talents are dedicated to designing unique workspaces.
