  •  Vacancy decreased further; the vacancy rate on the Antwerp-Brussels axis stands at 1.1%.
  • Logistics take-up volumes outperform their 5-year average volume; more demand for temporary leases.
  • Prime logistics yields compressed to 4.65%, 60 bps lower than one year ago.
