  • At end September 2019 take-up amounted to over 260,000 sq.m., an 18% increase vs. 2018 and 11% above the 5-year average for the same period.
  • Prime rents under downward pressure in most locations.
  • The largest market segment is retail warehousing, which represents 52% of the volume.
  • Investment volumes so far this year are 57% below the volume one year ago.
  • Prime yields are decompressing; yields are 25 bps higher than 12 months ago.
