Our Tenant representation and P&DS team, acting on behalf of Freshfieds, successfully managed to renegotiate the lease contract and proceed with a floor swap with another tenant in the building.
This transaction will enable Freshfields to consolidate their offices on the six top floors of the tower. JLL managed to negotiate very attractive financial terms and our P&DS team was also instructed to perform the renovation works of Freshfields offices.
