JLL Office Agency acted as advisor for the sale of two of Atenor's buildings in Mons

The developer Atenor has reached an agreement on the sale of the 3rd and final office building in his project Au Fil des Grands Prés, in Mons. The buyer is the public transport company TEC Hainaut which will take possession of the offices for its own use. It concerns the building with a floor area of 3.066m² on lot 02. The permit was issued at the end of last year. Au Fil des Grands Prés is located in the area around the future Calatrava station and comprises more than 600 homes as well as 14.000m² of offices. The other office buildings have been sold to the Fédération Wallonie Bruxelles (8.608m²) and the ONEM (2.917m²), each for their own use. JLL acted on behalf of Atenor for the transactions with ONEM and TEC Hainaut.
