Design & Consultancy firm Arcadis will move to their new office location at POST X, near Berchem Station, by the end of 2019, thanks to the intervention of JLL.

Design & Consultancy firm Arcadis will move to their new office location at POST X, near Berchem Station, by the end of 2019.
Post X, with a surface area of ± 80.000 m² above ground, will provide not only offices but also a hotel, business centre Spaces, Syntra day and evening classes, Lidl supermarket, Fitness, etc.
The versatility together with the sustainable character of the site responds to the growing interest of companies in office buildings in station environments.
The site has started its final sprint and still offers a few surfaces for rent next to sitting tenants such as: Crelan, Keuhne + Nagel, GSJ Lawyers, EY, KPMG, AMS Cmosis and others.
Arcadis will rent ± 2.500m² of offices there, responding to the new office needs of their employees.
