Indeed, after long discussions with the authorities, Australian Home Made has been able to open its latest outlet on the best part of the Nieuwstraat according to their new interior concept. The pedestrian part of the Rue Neuve/Nieuwstraat can count on nearly 70,000 passers-by on a Saturday.

We notice that Food & Beverage concepts appears more often at the most important locations in the cities that are called AAA locations. Just think of the neighbors of the Australian Home Made, Coffee Fellows and other concepts that will soon install in the pedestrian area of Rue Neuve/​​Nieuwstraat so that Australian Home Made will appear on our "shortlist".

Thanks to a common vision on the trend of Food & Beverage, JLL has had the two parties agree quickly, much to the delight of ice cream and waffle lovers.
