JLL assists Ghelamco when renting to PwC

In 2018, Ghelamco purchased a development site in Diegem/Zaventem, on the periphery of Brussels. Ghelamco drew up a beautiful project, which was leased to PWC through JLL.

It is located right next to the Van Der Valkhotel. At the beginning of 2022, PwC will move to a brand-new PwC Campus that will be built on the Cullinganlaan in Diegem by Ghelamco. Like the nearby Van Der Valkhotel, it will be a very visible building, also from the ring road. The site will have 700 parkings, but will be easily accessible by bike and public transport.  Diegem station is within walking distance and in 2022 the tram will stop in front of it. There will also be a cycle lane nearby.

A deliberate choice was made for a location close to the airport. That was also the wish of the staff members who were consulted in the first place. Because of the problems of mobility, an eventual location in the centre of Brussels was abandoned. Mobility is becoming an increasingly important factor in the choice of a location by a company. There will be a hub in the centre of Brussels.

PwC will rent 23,000 square meters from Ghelamco. In addition, the PwC Campus will also have a 5,000 square meter coworking area to be set up by Ghelamco. Ghelamco already has experience with this at the Ghelamco stadium in Ghent.
