The JLL BeLux Capital Markets team is very proud to have advised BESIX RED on the largest single-asset multifamily deal ever seen on the Belgian investment market. The buyer is the international fund manager Patrizia. Patrizia acquired the shares of Evenepoel Properties SA and will fund the development, for which BESIX RED will remain responsible, until completion.
Project Viridis, located in the upcoming Reyers-district in Schaerbeek, consists of the development of 5 independent buildings with 115 apartments, 143 parking units, a child daycare center, 970 m² office space and 1.876 m² of retail.
