Maersk has taken over Hamburg Sud and was looking for a location to put all offices together.

JLL assisted Maersk with their move to a new location and with the integration of the Hamburg Sud company which is now part of the large Maersk group.
With their move to the Berchem site, they were able to provide a better service to customers and allow the teams to work together more efficiently.
The rented offices were thoroughly renovated with special attention to the furniture, seats and sitting areas, small meeting rooms and individual phone booths.
