JLL Tenant Representation team renegotiated for IBM’s offices in North West Periphery of Brussels

The lease was coming to an end and IBM had to reconsider its long-term real estate requirements in Belgium. JLL considered several alternatives on the market and presented an exhaustive list of options to IBM.
JLL negotiated several options simultaneously and ultimately recommended to IBM to stay in the current building with more flexibility.
Very attractive commercial terms were negotiated for the lease renewal together with the possibility to reduce the space in the future if needed.
