JLL was responsible for the project management of the building Belmont Court for the European Commission

As part of the agreement with EEAS, AXA was looking for a Project Manager for the follow-up of the fit-out works for their future tenant. JLL was selected by AXA to carry out this project due to their experience in the fit-out works for the European Commission. 

Before starting the fitting out works for the tenant, JLL carried out the reinstatement works on behalf of the owner.

JLL followed up the works for both owner and tenant in this project. 

Within the framework of the contract with EEAS, JLL assisted AXA and EEAS as a project manager for the following tasks:

• defining the detailed program of fit-out works including compliance with the European Commission’s standards
• coordinating the different engineering firms commissioned
• Draw up

2. The planning of the works
3. The tender documents

• Organize meetings with the occupier
• Carrying out the Construction management mission with various contractors
• Follow-up of the financial part of the project
• Organize the acceptance visits with the occupiers
