JLL assisted Immobel in the sale of the Commerce 46 building to Allianz Real Estate

Immobel instructed JLL to sell the shares of the company that is the owner of the Commerce 46 office building, a core long term BREAAM Outstanding and CO2 neutral investment opportunity situated in the heart of the European Quarter in Brussels. The building has 12 floors and a surface of approximately 14.200 m². It is fully let to ING who signed a lease agreement for 9 years.


This unique office building is situated on the corner of Rue Belliard and Rue du Commerce in the European Quarter of Brussels.
