GSJ lawyers chooses POST X

GSJ lawyers has chosen to leave its offices on the Mechelsesteenweg in Antwerp for the new office site POST X in Berchem.

From the beginning of 2020, the law firm will occupy these brand new, sustainable and tailor-made offices and will also be able to benefit from the services offered on this site.

GSJ lawyers is experiencing strong growth, as a result of which its existing offices on Mechelsesteenweg are becoming too limited for an optimal working environment. Renting additional space in the immediate vicinity offers temporary comfort, but is not a sustainable solution. After analysing the Antwerp office market in collaboration with JLL, she found a sustainable solution on the new POST X site. The law firm will rent approx. 2,972 m² of office space.

The choice for POST X is prompted by the possibility to customise the leased area in brand new and sustainable buildings and in combination with the excellent accessibility by road, public transport with a direct connection between the site and Berchem Station and the bicycle (two cycle paths run through the site).

At the moment, the last spaces of POST X are in full commercialisation via JLL and we expect the entire site to be rented out by the end of 2019.
