BeLux Capital Markets new team structure

JLL announces the implementation of a new team structure and organization within the  Capital Markets BeLux team. This strategic decision has been made to better align with our clients' evolving needs and driving sustainable growth amidst the dynamic market landscape.

Key Elements :

1.           Organization by Asset Class: 
To streamline our operations and leverage our team's specialized knowledge, we have organized our senior directors  by asset class.
 - Alexandre De Wagheneire will be responsible for Offices
  - Kristof Buelens will be responsible for Living & Logistics
  - Quentin Bugli will be the gateway for Retail & ESG . 

This approach will enable us to focus on specific domains and deliver unparalleled expertise to our clients.

2.           Further unification of the Belgium & Luxemburg markets: 
Building on our successes in the BeLux region, the rooted presence of our clients as well as the strong synergies, we have consolidated our efforts to create a unified approach across the BeLux region. This integration will foster seamless coordination, consistent quality  and improved efficiency in delivering our services.

3.            Leadership Appointments: 
JLL is delighted to announce the following leadership appointments: 

Alexandre De Wagheneire, who has demonstrated exceptional competence and a deep understanding of the office market, will be appointed as the Head of Office Capital Markets BeLux. 

Kristof Buelens, who has successfully led our Living division, will expand his scope and take on the additional responsibility of the industrial sector. He will be appointed as the Head of Living and Logistics Capital Markets BeLux.

These talented individuals of our team will bring their wealth of experience, strategic vision  and dedication to their new roles, further strengthening our capabilities in the respective asset classes.
