Antwerp, November 21, 2024 - JLL announces having been mandated to sell the offices of We Are One World, the company that organizes Tomorrowland, among other events. The property is located at 6 Korte Vlierstraat, in the heart of Antwerp, Belgium.
In 2016, the former gendarmerie barracks was redeveloped into a mixed-use space including retail, offices, and housing. The project incorporates green spaces and creates an urban environment balancing work, living, dining, and nature. Three buildings on the site were completely redesigned for We Are One World by Dieter Vander Velpen Architects, who created a unique ensemble.
As a Belgian company, We Are One World will remain based in Antwerp and has decided to move in 2025 to a new office project on the Eilandje in Antwerp. Consequently, their unique office building in Korte Vlierstraat becomes available.

At the time, We Are One World deliberately chose the center of Antwerp for its dynamic atmosphere and to offer a unique experience to its employees. With Kloosterstraat and the new Zuidpark nearby, this location perfectly met that goal.
We Are One World has grown in Antwerp to over 270 employees, making the current offices too small to provide workspace for everyone.
As a Belgian pride and label par excellence, We Are One World has decided to stay in Belgium and, unsurprisingly, in Antwerp. A new iconic project will be completed and will house Tomorrowland's new offices from 2025.
