JLL advises on the sale of the property Loi 15 in Brussels
JLL Capital Markets team advised Patrizia Immobilien on the acquisition of the companies Cerep Loi 1 and Cerep Loi 2, holding as main asset the property Loi 15, an office building fully let to the European Commission.

Loi 15 building comprises approximately 17,000 sqm office space spread over 11 floors and two retail units amounting to 660 sqm. The building holds a BREEAM certification and was heavily refurbished in 2013. The lease with the European Commission has a remaining duration of about 10 years.
The property was sold by Integrale and partners to Patrizia Immobilien for a gross asset value close to 90 Million €.
