New Head of Industrial & Logistics Leasing Belgium
BRUSSELS, 25 March 2021 - Walter Goossens and JLL have decided to end their collaboration as Walter intends to give a new direction to his career after almost 34 years with JLL. JLL highly appreciates and values Walter’s contribution in building up our Belux industrial platform and business to become the undisputed market leader during the past 20 MArch years. He also contributed to starting our Luxembourg Agency services in 1991 and to develop our Retail business as Head of Retail Leasing Belux between 2008 and 2016.
Walter will stay with us until 30 April. The whole JLL team warmly thanks Walter and wishes him a successful future.
JLL is pleased to confirm that Mathieu Opsomer will take over the role of Head of Industrial & Logistics Leasing Belgium effective 1st May. Mathieu brings to JLL Industrial & Logistics Leasing a strong market expertise of 5 years with King Sturge and nearly 10 years with JLL, a deal-making capacity and a client-centric approach. This is instrumental to further drive the success of our industrial and logistics platform.
JLL has always considered industrial to be a strategic sector and has been expanding its activities through Leasing, Capital Markets, Valuation, Advisory and Research.
