JLL publishes the results of its 2022 Employee Preferences Barometer: employees expect more than just a good salary package from their employers
Press Release available in Dutch & French
JLL shares the insights from its latest survey conducted among over 4,300 office employees worldwide, including Belgium and Luxembourg. The two years of remote work experimentation have resulted in a balance around the hybrid work model, alternating between different workplaces, encompassing both joys and disappointments. Today, embraced by 60% of office employees, hybrid work is not a one-size-fits-all solution and remains a delicate balancing act to engage all employees. It presents a unique opportunity for employers to listen to the needs and aspirations of their employees. JLL explores the new expectations of workers and the new employer strategies to support employees in the hybrid organization
