JLL has leased 5,000 m² of office space to AGEAS in the Manhattan building

Brussels, 23 november 2021 - The Office Advisory team of JLL is proud to announce the letting of offices to AGEAS in Manhattan.

Ageas Group - Belgium's largest insurer and operational in 14 countries worldwide - will move its HQ in Brussels to the iconic Manhattan building, and more precisely to more than 5,000 sqm in the Winter Garden, an exclusive office area spanning the 14th – 17th floors.

Manhattan was recently transformed into a sustainable, high-end office building by its owner, Victory , a leading investment firm focused on real estate and hotels throughout Western Europe. Manhattan is situated in a strategic location in the CBD and includes a series of high quality services and amenities such as a bar, restaurants, four fitness and wellbeing venues and outstanding meeting and hospitality facilities including an auditorium.

With this transaction, Manhattan is now almost 70% let to a wide range of renowned tenants such as Baker McKenzie, Covington & Burling, Vlerick Business School and Yara.
