The retail investment market demonstrated remarkable resilience in 2024, with a total investment volume reaching 526 million euros*. Despite a decrease of 40% compared to 2023 figures, this still reflected sustained investor confidence and adaptability considering the ongoing market challenges and evolving consumer behaviours.

High street and retail warehousing yields remained stable in 2024, while shopping centre yields experienced a slight decompression.

In 2024, private investors and family offices continued to dominate retail investments, accounting for 91% of the market. Institutional investors remained less active with only 8% of the invested volume, while occupiers represented the remaining 1%.
