Waiting for large size transactions

Occupier activity in H1 2022 was subdued with a comparatively low level of take-up. Vacancy nevertheless stayed about the same. Due to the inflationary context, rents have started to increase.
With regard to capital markets, 2022 will be an outstanding year illustrated by large size transactions in the North district. Office yields are, however, expected to decompress shortly.
