Occupier activity in 9M 2022 remained very quiet in volume terms, but in deal count terms it is clearly recovering. Vacancy slightly declined as completions are absorbed by demand. Rents confirmed their rising path though it is only valid for new fossil-free projects. Despite tough market conditions, 2022 will be the second best year ever for property investment. Meanwhile office yields started decompressing.
