HOTELS - Small but mighty the Benelux Hotel market Post Pandemic - Research Report 2021

June 01, 2021

Like the rest of Europe, hotels across the Benelux suffered from the fallout of the coronavirus pandemic, with all hospitality establishments reporting exceptional declines in performance. Hotels were closed, employees furloughed, and travel restrictions imposed. We also take a bird’s eye view on the domestic lending market and despite the hospitality industry having been shaken to its core over the past 12 months, how investors are still keen to explore investment opportunities in a region that has historically punched above its weight.
