Banimmo owned the Groenloo site of the Athena Business Centre in Koningslo, Vilvoorde and had appointed JLL as exclusive broker to sell the site through a structured sales procedure.
The buildings, located on the inside of the Brussels ring road in the residential Koningslo, were let as a mix of offices and logistics activity.
From several bids, the ACASA Group was chosen who will now convert the site into a residential green area with a mix of family homes, parkapartments, ...
This site will house 220 families in Koningslo where also 1.5 ha of green space will be created, collective inner gardens and park gardens.
