The site is located in MG Park De Hulst along the Bruxelles-Schelde canal, close to the N16 (Willebroek - Mechelen) and the A12 (Antwerp - Brussels). It concerns a take-up of 39,068 m² of storage space and 597 m² of associated offices with social facilities in December this year. In 2021, another 19,493 m² of storage space with 597 m² of additional offices will be provided.

At the end of 2016, Eutraco leased (and subsequently purchased) approximately 20,000 m² of logistics space in Sint-Niklaas through JLL, and last year another 30,000 m² of space was leased through JLL. The West Flemish logistics group from Roeselare, recently taken over by Serge Gregoir, has 50,000 m² of logistics storage space in Sint-Niklaas, 38,000 m² in Roeselare, 12,000 m² in Charleroi and now also 60,000 m² in Willebroek.

After previous negotiations for MG Real Estate with CMI, Neovia, Nedcargo, FNAC-Darty (Vandenborre) and the complete sale of the N16 SME park at MG Park De Hulst, JLL is now also realizing the last major project in this state-of-the-art logistics development in Willebroek.

This transaction, the largest of this segment on the Antwerp-Brussels axis since 2014, confirms the importance of the north-south axis for all distribution activities in Belgium. With an average annual intake volume of 281,000 m² over the last 10 years, the Antwerp-Brussels axis remains the most important logistics axis in the country.
