The P&DS ­team has been designated as Project Manager for the new Willis Towers Watson offices in Brussels

Since the merger of Willis and Towers Watson in 2016, part of their Real Estate strategy is to bring colleagues together to work as one joint up company, in an open and agile working environment that fosters collaboration and creates synergies.

JLL P&DS Team assisted Willis Towers Watson in the Design process, led by an external architect, NC Bham. The new space is aligned to Willis Towers Watson New Ways to Work standard as well as tailored to Brussels office requirements.

The office design reflects the companies standard and values, going hand-in-hand with Belgium’s identity.


JLL led the tendering process for the contractors and the coordination of the works. The Project Manager acted as Single Point Of Contact between the client, Willis Towers Watson, the building’s Property Management and the different contractors on site.

The works were carried out by Tétris Brussels.
