With the departure of Habitat, AS Adventure, together with its sister brand Juttu, has rented the unit, divided over 3 floors, for a combined shop with its 2 fashion concepts and was accompanied in this by JLL.

In 2019, SPMT-ARISTA acquired approximately 3.500 m² of office space in the Madou Center building, located along the ring, in the centre of Brussels.
JLL Tenant Representation team renegotiated for IBM’s offices in North West Periphery of Brussels
IBM occupied 11.500 m² of offices and customer centre in two different buildings located in the “Leopold Square” business park. The lease was coming to an end and IBM had to reconsider its long-term real estate requirements in Belgium.

Design & Consultancy firm Arcadis will move to their new office location at POST X, near Berchem Station, by the end of 2019, thanks to the intervention of JLL.
JLL assists MG Real Estate with letting to JM Bruneau.
After the success of the first phase, the second phase of the MG Business Center in Ghent, covering a further 5.000 m², is also attracting new users. In addition to the existing tenants who opted for an expansion on the site, MG welcomes a new user, JM Bruneau, thanks to the intervention of JLL.
