Marc O’Polo advised by the retail team in Antwerp
The JLL retail leasing team advised Marc O’ Polo in the relocation of their flagship store in city centre of Antwerp.
JLL assists IRET with the rental of +/- 10,000 m² to the Wallonia-Brussels Federation
In 2018, the Federation Wallonia-Brussels decided to centralize some of their services in Brussels in one building. JLL identified the building "Havenlaan 16" as a possible option.
JLL assists Ghelamco when renting to PwC
In 2018, Ghelamco purchased a development site in Diegem/Zaventem, on the periphery of Brussels. Ghelamco drew up a beautiful project, which was leased to PWC through JLL.
Arcadis chooses Post X as its new operating base in Antwerp.
Design & Consultancy firm Arcadis will move to their new office location at POST X, near Berchem Station, by the end of 2019, thanks to the intervention of JLL.
